AM Studios digital capture pack purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Digital products
Our products are downloadable digital files delivered immediately after checkout. Because access is provided right away, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds.
Problems with an order
If a file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded, email support@amstudios.shop. Include the email address used for your order and the product name so we can restore access or provide a working replacement.
